At JeetVirk's hair studio we strive to make your experience an enjoyable one. Please take a moment to review our salon policies and feel free to contact us should you have any questions.
Check-in Policy
Please check in at the reception area at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy
Cancellations of all salon services require a 24-hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a full service charge to their credit card or on account to be paid on the following visit. The same charges apply for no-shows
Hair Pricing and Consultation
Quotes given by our receptionists and our booking page are an estimate only. Prices may vary depending on individual stylists, on the coloring technique, amount of time, length of hair and amount of color and product used to create desired effect. We encourage you to have a consultation for color or texturizing services before booking your service appointment. Our hair stylists are happy to see you and discuss the desired look that you wish to achieve. The price of the service will also be determined at this time. Consultations are approximately 15 minutes in length are complimentary. Please call to arrange an appointment. Any additional time may require an additional charge.
Client Release Form
I release and hold Jeetvirk’s hair studio., its employees and its agents harmless against any and all liability, damage, and/or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, and/or damages resulting in personal injuries and disabilities (physical and/or psychological) that I might incur as a result of the chemical altercation through permanent chemical processing of my hair. I understand that additional conditioning treatments may be recommended and/or necessary for my hair maintenance and that permanent damage to my hair is possible due to the chemical application.
Late Appointments
If you know you will be late for your appointment, please call to notify the salon. While the staff at Jeetvirk's hair studio will make every effort to accommodate the original service, we reserve the right to re-schedule the appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments unless there is enough time. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated time for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our services are completed as scheduled.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. However, gratuities are left to the discretion of the guests’ satisfaction. Gratuities are welcome in recognition of outstanding service.
Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries and any special occasion! Gift Certificate may be issued in any denomination. They may be used towards the purchase of products and hair services (excluding gratuities). PLEASE NOTE Gift Certificates are not refundable for cash.
Refund Policy-Product
All sales are final.
Refund Policy-Services
If a guest is not satisfied with they service, they may let the salon manager know within 48 hours of the service. A complimentary redo or alternative solution may be offered at the salon manager’s discretion. We do not issue refunds for any services provided.

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and Jeetvirk's Gift Certificates.
